A private yoga session offers you the opportunity to explore specific areas of interest such as alignment in postures(asanas), injuries, meditation, stress-management, philosophy, chanting, etc.Whether you are a beginner, or an advanced student, a private yoga session is right for you! You can work toward overcoming any fears or blockages that maybe holding you back both on and off your mat, or even just working as a beginner to learn the fundamentals of the practice itself. A private session is tailored specifically to fit the needs of each student. That means you decide where you want the focus to be!
In our sessions, I infuse my belief that “Yoga is for every body” and use intelligently timed lightheartedness and playfulness to empower and help encourage you to honour and embrace your amazing uniqueness and find the courage to step out of limiting beliefs and discover your truest and most authentic self! I am gently spiritual in my approach and provide a physical workout that students of all levels can easily modify.
