Thus, as your practitioner, my approach to health, wellbeing and healing is from a whole-person perspective and approached differently for the uniqueness of each individual. This healing process requires your full engagement and participation in your own health and recovery process. My focus is on creating and maintaining a strong and healthy digestive system as this is literally at the "core" of a health and wellbeing. Digestive issues (bloating, gas, pain, constipation, diarrhea, IBS, etc.), unacknowledged or trapped emotions and unhealthy eating habits can lead to eczema, seasonal allergies, food sensitivities, weight gain, immune issues, and a host of other issues as well. Together we create a collaboration, through holistic wellbeing education(including but not limited to food and nutrition, emotional resilience, self-care essentials, physical fitness and self-inquiry and self-study),reflection and creating space for deeper understanding, my job as your practitioner is to help you learn to hear, understand and honour the innate wisdom that lies within you. By empowering you, we work cooperatively to chart a course towards your unique version of optimal health and wellbeing - I like to call this your Most Vibrant Self.
HolisticNutrition programs vary from person to person and may include nutritional supplements, herbal tinctures, lifestyle recommendations, physical fitness assignments, self-reflection work, energy healing techniques (such as EFT),reading assignments, mental and emotional resilience practices (including meditation and journaling) and each client being in charge of keeping a food journal, health journal, emotions journal or others, as well as other practitioner referrals and recommendations.
